Director

Kim Ciarrocca is the head coach at the University of Delaware where she is entering her third season. Some of Ciarrocca’s accomplishments as a player are 1988 NCAA Champion, two time All American, 1989 World Cup Gold medalist. Ciarrocca was a member of the USA National team from 1988 –1993. Ciarrocca has also earned many accolades during her coaching career. In 1990 Carrioca lead Ursinus to NCAA Championship in 1990. In 1998 Ciarrocca earned a well respected Mid -Atlantic Coach of the year and in 2000 was named Atlantic 10 coach of the year.

Assistant Directors

Liz Martin, a former standout at Temple, is entering her second season as an assistant coach for the Blue Hen Staff.  She was promoted to the position of head assistant coach on August 1, 2006 After serving as a student assistant coach at Temple under Kim Ciarrocca in 2004, Martin worked as an assistant at Marist College. A native of Collingswood, NJ, Martin helped the Temple Owls win three straight Atlantic 10 Conference Titles. The team moved on to the NCAA Tournament each of those league championship seasons. As a player, she earned first team All-Atlantic 10 honors as a sophomore in 2001and as a junior in 2002 and was regional All-American her sophomore season. She earned a spot on the Atlantic 10 All-Tournament Team all three seasons that she played in and was named the tournament Most Outstanding Player in both 2001 and 2002. She played in 61 career games with 60 starts and recorded 83 goals and 32 assists while adding 141 ground balls and 67 draw controls. She led her team to a four-year mark of 47-26 under Ciarrocca.

Reid Watson is in his third year at the University of Delaware. Watson has coached with Ciarrocca throughout her career and is one of the top defense and goalie coaches in the country.

Camp staff includes coaches from the nation’s top Division I lacrosse programs such as JMU, LaSalle, Cornell, Maryland plus more and members of the University of Delaware lacrosse team.
